Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Management LLC is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join our Chicago-area team. You will support the Orthodontist, prepare patients, sterilize instruments, take digital radiographs, and assist with lab procedures.

The role covers multiple clinics with occasional travel to Bucktown, Avondale, West Loop and Lakeview. You will be part of a dynamic, patient-centered practice offering paid training, travel pay, clinical bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Orthodontic assisting (1 year) required.
• Saturday availability is required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certificate for Orthodontic Assistant Courses preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and efficiently.
• Multitasking ability and professional, organized approach.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for orthodontic treatments and take X-Rays.
• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and adjust braces.
• Manage patient records and update charts.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care.
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols.
• Travel to Bucktown, Avondale, West Loop and Lakeview when needed.
