Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Management LLC is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at our Hillside, IL location. You will support the orthodontist, prepare patients, and assist in chair-side procedures across multiple clinics.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, taking X-rays, sterilizing instruments, updating records, and educating patients. Travel to sister clinics and marketing events may be required; weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Orthodontic assisting with at least 1 year experience required.
• Availability on Saturdays.
• High School Diploma or GED required; certificate preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask; be professional and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for orthodontic treatments, take X-Rays and impressions.
• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and adjust braces as needed.
• Manage and update patient records and charts.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care.
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols.
• Travel to sister clinics as needed and perform admin tasks when required.
• Support marketing events and other tasks as assigned.
