Job summary

btyDENTAL WA Group is seeking a Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant to work onsite and travel between multiple clinic locations. You will prepare treatment areas, assist the orthodontist during procedures, and take digital X-rays and impressions, while guiding patients on orthodontic care and maintenance.

You will also greet patients, manage appointment flow, and maintain accurate records, contributing to a positive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and ensure instruments and materials are ready for patient care.
• Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including placing/removing appliances and taking X-rays.
• Take digital X-rays and impressions; provide patients with care instructions.
• Greet patients, manage appointment flow, and maintain accurate patient records; support a positive, organized clinical environment.
• Work with a supportive team and gain hands-on orthodontic experience while helping patients achieve confident smiles.
