We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant to join our general dental team and serve as the primary liaison for our Invisalign patients. The ideal candidate is passionate about orthodontic care, enjoys patient interaction, and thrives in a collaborative clinical setting.You'll work in a supportive environment where your role directly enhances patients' confidence and smiles. Manage all aspects of Invisalign patient care, including initial records, treatment planning coordination, and monitoring progress.
Take high-quality intraoral photographs, digital impressions/scans (iTero or similar), and radiographs.
Educate patients about the Invisalign process, wear instructions, oral hygiene, and compliance.
Maintain accurate patient records, tracking aligner shipments, appointment schedules, and clinical notes.
Collaborate closely with the general dentist on treatment planning and adjustments.
Support front desk and clinical teams with scheduling and follow-ups as needed.
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols in accordance with practice standards.
Experience as a dental or orthodontic assistant; Invisalign experience REQUIRED.
Experience with Open Dental strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Organized, dependable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
