Job summary

Orthodontic Specialists of Green Bay, Ltd. is seeking a motivated Orthodontic Assistant to support our orthodontists and clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care.

You will work with advanced technology and be involved in a range of orthodontic procedures, patient education, and meticulous record-keeping. We offer a stable, growth-oriented environment with a Monday–Friday schedule and regular Fridays off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with orthodontic procedures and treatment modalities.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology (3D imaging, intraoral scanning, SureSmile, OrthoPulse).
• Bond brackets (direct/indirect) and place archwires.
• Maintain accurate patient records and educate patients/parents on plans and oral hygiene.
• Follow sterilization, infection-control and HIPAA procedures.

What You'll Do

As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll work closely with our orthodontists and clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with a variety of orthodontic procedures and treatment modalities
• Utilizing cutting-edge technology, including:
• 3D imaging
• Intraoral scanning
• SureSmile
• OrthoPulse
• Performing indirect and direct bracket bonding
• Placing archwires and orthodontic attachments
• Cementing orthodontic appliances
• Assisting with the placement of Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs)
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
• Educating patients and parents about treatment plans and oral hygiene
• Following sterilization, infection-control, and safety protocols
• Protecting patient privacy through strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines
