Job summary

Orthodontic Specialists of Green Bay (OSGB) is seeking a motivated Orthodontic Assistant for a full-time role. You will work with orthodontists and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care using advanced imaging and scanning technologies.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for bonus and growth within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of orthodontic procedures and treatment modalities.
• Utilize cutting‑edge technology, including 3D imaging, intraoral scanning, SureSmile and OrthoPulse.
• Perform indirect and direct bracket bonding; place archwires and attachments; cement appliances; assist with TADs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records; educate patients and parents about treatment plans and oral hygiene.
• Follow sterilization, infection-control, and HIPAA privacy protocols.

What You'll Do

As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll work closely with our orthodontists and clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with a variety of orthodontic procedures and treatment modalities
• Utilizing cutting‑edge technology, including:
• 3D imaging
• Intraoral scanning
• SureSmile
• OrthoPulse
• Performing indirect and direct bracket bonding
• Placing archwires and orthodontic attachments
• Cementing orthodontic appliances
• Assisting with the placement of Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs)
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
• Educating patients and parents about treatment plans and oral hygiene
• Following sterilization, infection‑control, and safety protocols
• Protecting patient privacy through strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines
