Corus Orthodontists’ Sturbridge practice seeks an Orthodontic Assistant to join a close-knit team dedicated to exceptional patient experiences and smile results.

You’ll support orthodontists, capture dental records, educate patients, sterilize instruments, and assist with lab duties—while enjoying a balanced schedule with no evenings or weekends. Training is available and benefits are strong.

Qualifications

• Orthodontic Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant.
• Experience with orthodontic software is a plus; training may be provided.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in clinical settings.
• People-oriented with good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with orthodontists to deliver top-tier care and create confident, healthy smiles.
• Capture and process dental records (x-rays, scans, impressions) with precision.
• Educate and empower patients with oral hygiene tips and treatment guidance.
• Keep the clinical space running smoothly—sterilize instruments, prep materials, and manage lab duties.
• Be a friendly face—greet, seat, and support patients throughout their visit.
