Job Overview

Rhode Island Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our team in East Greenwich & Coventry. We specialize in pediatric and orthodontic care, offering services from traditional braces to Invisalign, tailored to meet our patients' needs. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining patient flow by seating patients promptly and initiating procedures
  • Place separators, elastic chains, and wires
  • Prepare teeth for bonding of braces and Invisalign attachments
  • Assist with cementing, checking for loose brackets or bonds, and monitoring oral hygiene; instruct patients on proper brushing techniques
  • Transport instruments to sterilization and ensure proper sterilization procedures
