Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics - Scottsdale in Goodyear, AZ is hiring an Orthodontic Assistant to support the doctor, greet patients, take records, and help maintain a clean, efficient clinic. We value a friendly, detail-oriented team player who can work well with patients.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, paid vacation/holidays, 401(k) and insurance benefits, and opportunities to learn orthodontic procedures including bonding attachments and arch wire

Qualifications

• Must have RDA license or be about to complete RDA license requirements.
• Ortho experience is great but training is available.
• Excellent people skills and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the doctor with the patient
• Changing arch wires, tying and untying wires
• Bonding attachments for clear aligners
• Greeting patients and seating them in the clinic
• Taking records, photos, scans and xrays
• Writing accurate chart notes about appointments
• Helping with sterilization and keeping the clinic clean
• Teaching patients how to care for their teeth and orthodontic appliances

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE (but Not Limited To)
