Southern Orthodontic Partners is hiring an Orthodontic Assistant / Dental Assistant to join our growing orthodontic practice in Sugar Land. This full-time position focuses on chairside assisting, patient education, and thriving in a fast-paced orthodontic environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience (preferred) and RDA or CDA certification (preferred), with benefits including health insurance, PTO, STD/LTD, and a 401(k) match.

Mansioni

• Assist orthodontists chairside during procedures.
• Place, adjust, and remove braces, brackets, and bands (as directed).
• Take X-rays, scans, impressions, and patient progress photos.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and braces aftercare.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR.
• Coordinate with clinical and front office teams; cross-train as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Assist orthodontists chairside during procedures

Requirements
