Qualifications

• Adjust and change out rubber bands for braces.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Work chair‑side with Orthodontist, perform patient care, and general laboratory duties
• Preparing and taking patient molds
• Changing out rubber bands, wires, and brackets
• Adjusting fit of clear aligners such as Invisalign
• Take and process dental radiographs (x‑rays)
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling)
• Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: Starting at $20+ depending on certifications. Additional increases for experience.
• Bonus Pay: up to $300 additional per month.
• Schedule: On‑site. Monday - Friday.
