Key Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist with a wide range of clinical procedures including bonding, adjustments, impressions, and sterilization Provide outstanding patient care with a friendly, reassuring demeanor Take and record diagnostic records (iTero scans, photos, x-rays) Keep treatment areas and instruments clean, sterile, and organized Ensure patients understand their treatment and next steps Accurately chart treatment using our digital systems (Cloud 9) Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and California Dental Board regulations Qualifications Required: Active California RDA or Orthodontic Assistant License (OA) X-ray and CPR certifications (current) At least 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork Preferred: Experience with Cloud 9 and/or iTero scanning Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Paid holidays and vacation 401(k) plan Continuing education and growth opportunities Uniforms provided A supportive, fun, and professional work culture How to Apply Ready to be part of something special?
