Job summary

Quentel Orthodontics in Humble, TX is hiring an Orthodontic Assistant / Dental Assistant for a full-time role. You will enjoy chairside assisting, patient education, and a fast-paced orthodontic environment while delivering excellent patient experiences.

You will take X-rays and scans, prepare rooms, educate patients on braces aftercare, and maintain EMR records. The position offers competitive pay ($20–$23/hour) and benefits, with opportunities to grow within our expanding practice.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant (preferred).
• RDA or CDA certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists chairside during procedures
• Place, adjust, and remove braces, brackets, and bands (as directed)
• Take X-rays, scans, impressions, and patient progress photos
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and braces aftercare
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR
• Coordinate with clinical and front office teams; cross-train as needed

We are hiring an Orthodontic Assistant / Dental Assistant to join our growing orthodontic practice. This is a full-time dental assisting position ideal for someone who enjoys chairside assisting, patient education, and working in a fast-paced orthodontic environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist orthodontists chairside during procedures

Requirements

What We're Looking For
