Southern Orthodontic Partners in Humble, TX is hiring an Orthodontic Assistant / Dental Assistant to join our growing orthodontic practice. This full-time role emphasizes chairside assisting, patient education, and fast-paced orthodontic care.

Responsibilities include assisting orthodontists, taking X-rays, preparing treatment rooms, educating patients and parents on braces aftercare, and maintaining accurate EMR records.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant (preferred).
• RDA or CDA certification (preferred).
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.

• Place, adjust, and remove braces, brackets, and bands (as directed).
• Take X-rays, scans, impressions, and patient progress photos.

• Coordinate with clinical and front office teams; cross-train as needed.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
