Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation seeks an orthodontic appliance fabricator at our Sturtevant, WI site. You will read prescriptions and fabricate retainers, clear retainers, and other orthodontic devices with acrylic or metal components, working onsite in a hands-on role.

The position requires 1–3 years of experience in fabricating orthodontic appliances and a HS diploma is preferred or equivalent experience. This is a full-time onsite role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Reads Dr. Rx and fabricates various orthodontic appliances including retainers with acrylic, clear retainers, class 2 metal appliances, space maintainers, or pontics.

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience fabricating orthodontic appliances
• Onsite at our Sturtevant, WI location

Preferred:

• HS diploma preferred. In lieu of HS Diploma, experience in orthodontic appliance manufacturing necessary

Target Market Salary Range:
