Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with knowledge of eight to ten surgical specialties.
• Completion of a Certified Surgical Technology training program.
• BLS certification by AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN Circulator by organizing operating room for surgical procedures.
• Provide perioperative patient care according to physician preferences.
• Check all equipment for proper working order prior to procedures.
• Lead and coordinate perioperative patient care tasks.
