Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent- The Medical Center is seeking a skilled RN for the 5Main Medical/Surgical unit focused on orthopedics and trauma. The role involves coordinating comprehensive patient care, following nursing processes and evidence-based practice to ensure safety and quality across the patient journey.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio around 1:5 and strong teamwork, in a Magnet-designated nursing system with a broad support structure and dedicated

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
