What will you be doing:
The Ortho Cast Technician is an allied health professional that supports the physician, nursing staff and Medical Assistants in the delivery of health care by performing a variety of patient care duties and tasks related to orthopedic patient needs.
Experience Requirements:
Two (2) plus years of experience in outpatient medical setting with orthopedic specialty experience required.
Education/Licenses/Certification:
Orthopaedic Technologist Certified (OTC) Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification of Orthopedic Technologist), required to acquire within 180-days of start date.
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification.
Vocational/Technical Diploma from Orthopedic Technology program preferred.
