OrthoColorado Hospital is Colorado's orthopedic specialty hospital focused on high-quality patient care. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will deliver direct and indirect nursing support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in a teamwork-driven environment.

You will perform vital patient care tasks, document vitals and inputs/outputs, assist with hygiene and mobility, respond to call lights, and support nurses to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program.
• State registered CNA license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides quality patient care, including comfort, hygiene, skin care, safety, transport, and nutrition/elimination needs.
• Promptly answers call lights and responds to patient needs to the RN.
• Accurately documents vitals, input/output, nutrition, hygiene, weights, and reports findings to RN.
• Maintains thorough and confidential maintenance of patient charts and records.
• Assists with delegated patient care tasks supervised by the nurse.
• Delivers person-centered care with compassion and collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Communicates concerns regarding hazards or errors related to patients to the health care team.
