Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology procedures and support patient care across imaging departments. You will work under radiologist supervision, selecting appropriate imaging protocol and ensuring quality and safety standards.

The role requires ARRT registration, an Illinois IEMA license where applicable, and BLS certification within 30 days. This is a full-time on-site position with relocation and sign-on bonuses available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (ARRT) within 1 year.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Radiography (IEMA) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures and process patient exams per protocols.
• Review cases with radiologist and assess patient history to select correct exam.
• Administer IV and oral/rectal contrast when needed and monitor for reactions.
• Ensure imaging quality and coordinate data transfers in PACS.
