Job Description

Orthopaedic Associates of New Orleans (OANO), an established and highly respected orthopedic group, is seeking a BE/BC, Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our practice in New Orleans, Louisiana. OANO has an established patient base with strong referral patterns, excellent clinical support, and partnership potential.

Practice and Position Highlights
  • Founded in 1949, OANO has a long-standing reputation for excellence in orthopedic care.
  • Join 7 orthopedic surgeons and 3 physician assistants.
  • Operate at two well-equipped clinics in New Orleans and Metairie.
  • Call schedule: 1:5; PAs manage initial consults.
  • Support for subspecialties including arthroscopy, joint replacement, spine, sports medicine, hand, shoulder, trauma, and workers’ compensation.
  • Hospital affiliations include Touro Hospital and Ochsner Baptist.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Join as an Associate Physician with a pathway to partnership; no buy-in after 2 years.
