Qualifications

• Active Ohio state license as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active DEA license and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, prolonged, and long-term spine and musculoskeletal healthcare issues.
• Communicate effectively with the medical team regarding inpatient or outpatient consultations, provider referrals, and specialized treatment plans.
• Empower patients and families with guidance on preventive care, spinal conditions, and medication usage.
• Maintain accurate, legible medical records and comprehensive treatment plans per state standards.
