Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit to ensure proper direct care.
• Analyzes patient information including medical history, results, and current condition to develop individualized care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes, including medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies additional interventions needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
