Job summary

The Experienced RN - Orthopedic role at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus provides direct nursing care to adult post-operative orthopaedic patients and coordinates their discharge needs in a supportive, advanced healthcare environment.

This full-time position in Cleveland, OH requires ADN or BSN with 2+ years of nursing experience and active RN licensure with BLS. BSN is preferred. The unit is a high‑caliber orthopedic team with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients' conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
