MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA seeks a Staff RN to join a hospital-based team delivering specialized nursing care within a multidisciplinary setting.

The role supports a journey toward best-in-class nursing with a comprehensive approach to patient care, open communication, and professional growth. The schedule shows 0.9 FTE with day shifts, emphasizing collaboration and patient safety.

Qualifications

• RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement (required).
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by facility.
• Specialty area certification preferred.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care and patient experience.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred

Current BLS Certification

ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required

One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred
