Baptist Health in Boca Raton is recruiting for a Tier 1 Pool Registered Nurse on a seasonal, per diem basis in Orthopedics. The role requires floating across units, 12-hour shifts, and a schedule of 36 hours per week with weekend work as needed.

The program offers a pathway to continuity within Baptist Health South Florida, but seasonal pool employees have no PTO, and do not participate in standard benefits. Compensation starts at a market hourly rate with shift differentials as applicable.

Formación

• 2 years acute Rehab, Med Surg Tele, and/or Ortho experience.
• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; have BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (dependent upon unit) certification by the AHA or American Red Cross.

Responsabilidades

• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed or assigned.
• Work any three twelve hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the Agreement period for a total of 36 hours per week.
• Seasonal Nursing Pool Employees will not be flexed and are not entitled to PTO or eligible for standard Baptist Health benefits or bonus programs.
