Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide medically prescribed therapy across age groups in our Rehabilitation Institute. You will implement care plans, evaluate progress, and ensure high-quality outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Role requires Georgia licensure and a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from an approved program; internship experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure in Georgia: Current license holder of the Georgia Board.
• Educational requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate of an approved school for a Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provides cost-effective and high-quality care to patients; establishes care plans and documents procedures.
• Coordinates patient care and demonstrates clinical competencies; meets productivity standards.
• Communicates effectively with medical staff and patients to ensure positive service and timely care.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the manager in a timely manner.
