Job summary

Kids-Care-Dental-1 is seeking an Ortho Registered Dental Assistant to support orthodontic care across offices. You will prepare rooms, seat patients, and assist doctors with bonding/debonding while performing adjustments and x-rays. Infection control, charting, and inventory management are essential daily tasks.

The role requires an active RDA license, CPR certification, 1–2 years of ortho experience, and willingness to travel between locations. A friendly, child-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent orthodontic experience.
• Current and active RDA license and CPR certification.
• Ability to travel to other office locations.
• Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment area and seat patients.
• Assist the doctor in bonding and debonding of orthodontic patients.
• Perform orthodontic adjustments.
• Take x-rays and maintain records.
• Ensure infection control per HIPAA/OSHA/ADA requirements.
• Document services in patient records.
• Maintain supply inventory and order as needed.
• Handle checkout tasks and send care calls/thank you cards.
• Travel to other office locations as required.
