Intermountain Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will work with Certified Manual Therapists and Orthopedic Clinical Specialists, contributing to excellent patient care and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Idaho PTA license or eligible to obtain.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Interest in developing and advancing manual therapy skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering evidence-based treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and prescribed interventions.
• Support manual therapy techniques as directed by the supervising PT.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on home programs, recovery strategies, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate closely with supervising PTs and the clinical team to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and enjoyable clinic environment.
