HonorHealth is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic care at the Frank Lloyd Wright MOB in Scottsdale. You will evaluate patients, develop and oversee evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to restore function.

The role offers a day shift with in-person work and flexibility with 5x8s or 4x10s. A Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required, AZ license active, and BLS certification is needed.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• AZ State Board Licensure current and in good standing; BLS required.
• APTA licensure preferred; six months float experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled, evidence-based physical therapy and discharge planning.
