Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire
• Diploma from accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Care: Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care that aligns with clinical standards and protocols
• Drive Care Planning: Initiate and monitor personalized care plans and adapt to changing needs
• Coordinate the Team: Serve as central communication link among physicians and specialists for seamless care
• Practice Vigilant Monitoring: Observe, record, and report changes in patient conditions promptly and accurately
