Job summary

Research Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to ensure high quality, patient-centered care and to coordinate unit activities during shifts. You will direct nursing care, mentor staff, and support a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement across the department.

The CNC will work closely with management to implement nursing strategies, participate in staffing decisions, and ensure efficient patient throughput while maintaining clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse with current credentials.
• ACLS and BLS required within 30 days of start date.
• RN Diploma or equivalent nursing degree.
• Ability to lead and coordinate patient care across units.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care on the unit during shifts.
• Direct and monitor nursing care in line with policies and procedures.
• Serve as resource for staff and promote bedside teamwork.
• Support staff scheduling, staffing levels and productivity guidelines.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff.
