Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Delivery of safe, effective, efficient care that meets population specific guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care per guidelines.
• Actively communicate with patients, families and colleagues at all levels.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriate care and smooth transitions.
• Delegate appropriately while maintaining accountability for care quality.
• Support shared governance and ongoing professional development.
