Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Days (8-hour shifts) 7am-7pm

Community: Ortho/Neuro Physical Therapy Patients

Location: 425 South 11th Street Suite 3, Lake Wales, FL 33853

Role: Conduct physical therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, adjusting as needed.
• Collect patient data and communicate discharge recommendations.
• Support quality standards and participate in practice improvements.
• Maintain clinical competencies and serve as a clinical instructor.
• Participate in marketing efforts to build referral relationships and support community outreach.

Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Current Valid Physical Therapy Assistant License required
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
