Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend Patient Care Technician training sessions/shifts to learn to assist with patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist with patient care according to individual patient needs within scope of practice.
• Learn to draw blood from skin punctures, venipunctures, and arterial punctures.
• Prepare patients for phlebotomies and distribute specimens to labs.
• Perform 12-lead EKGs and other patient care tasks within scope of practice.
