Responsibilities

• Greet patients, take vital signs and document in the medical record.
• Assist with department data tracking and monitoring of data.
• Explain policies to patients using clinical or administrative knowledge.
• Manage patient flow and monitor CS-Link message pools.
• Prepare exam/procedure rooms as needed for visits.
• Maintain inventory and clean/reprocess equipment per guidelines.
• Address patient and staff concerns and route to appropriate staff.
