Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active LPN license and BLS certification required.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized patient care under the supervision of the RN.
• Administer medications and report patient conditions to the RN.
• Conduct new hire and annual health screenings in Employee Health.
