Riverwood Healthcare Center, a 25-bed Critical Access hospital with three full-service clinics in Aitkin, McGregor, and Garrison, is seeking an LPN or CMA for Orthopedics in Aitkin, MN. You will support clinic operations with patient care, coordination, and documentation in a fast-paced team setting.

The role requires CMA certification or LPN Minnesota licensure and 3–6 months of related experience. Wound care, wound dressing removal, and ortho procedure support are key responsibilities; we

Qualifications

• CMA certification or LPN licensure is required.
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care, clinical coordination and administrative tasks in Orthopedics.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile/clean technique for procedures.
• Stock and restock Orthopedics supplies and equipment.
• Assist providers during Ortho procedures and help with wound care as directed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bone anatomy and wound care principles.
