Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin, MN is seeking an LPN/CMA to support clinic operations through direct patient care, clinical coordination, and essential administrative tasks. You will interact with patients across all ages and contribute to accurate documentation in a team-oriented environment.

Qualified candidates hold CMA certification or Minnesota LPN/RMA licensure, with 3–6 months of related experience.

Salary Range: $21.87 To $26.83 Annually

About the Position:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) supports clinic operations by assisting with patient care, clinical coordination, and administrative tasks for patients across the age spectrum. This role involves direct patient interaction, technical clinical support, and accurate documentation. The position requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient-focused, and committed to providing high quality care and service.

What we are looking for:

• Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) orcurrent Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)orcurrent Minnesota licensure as a Registered Medical Assistant
  Three to six months of related experience and/or training preferred.

Riverwood Healthcare Center is a 25-bed Critical Access hospital with three full-service clinics in Aitkin, McGregor, and Garrison. Riverwood has recently expanded its footprint in Aitkin with a state-of-the-art surgical center.
