Lone Peak Dental Group in Columbia, SC is seeking an Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator to join our pediatric-focused team. This full-time role supports patient services, scheduling, billing, and insurance verifications, ensuring a fun and stress-free visit for kids and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
• Experience with Cloud9 software or iTero scanners is a plus.
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer incoming patient calls and assist with scheduling, billing and general inquiries.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Process insurance verifications and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collect payments and call on past due accounts.
