Expectations

• Perform general nursing care following established clinic workflows.
• Perform specific nursing care related to the practice’s specialty.
• Obtain patient consent and maintain confidentiality.
• Document health history, chief complaints, vital signs, and assess conditions.
• Provide care based on guidelines, standards, and laws.
• Execute treatments, administer medications, monitor and document responses, and consult with physicians and other providers.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care.
• Monitor quality assurance data.
• May act as team lead.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in our state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Overview

CHI Health Clinic offers primary to specialty care, walk-in, and virtual services across 20+ specialties and 100+ locations, some with extended hours. We are seeking a Clinic RN for our Orthopedic team at Valley View Clinic in Council Bluffs, IA.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. No weekends, no holidays, no call.
