Job summary

Radhika Dental Consulting Llc seeks a Part-Time Orthodontic Assistant to support braces, Invisalign, and related procedures across multiple Houston-area locations. The role requires reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between Spring, Humble, Katy, and Richmond as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of general dentistry experience and holds Texas RDA certification (X-ray preferred). Training is available for the right person to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year general dentistry experience; willing to train
• Current Texas RDA certification required (X-ray certification preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with braces bonding/debonding, Invisalign/SureSmile, and wire changes.
• Take impressions or digital scans for models or a digital workflow.
• Capture clinical photographs as part of patient records.
• Prepare and sterilize operatory; maintain sterilization standards.
• Assist with travel between Spring, Humble, Katy, and Richmond locations as needed.

Location: Houston Area (Spring, Humble, Katy & Richmond)--ok to travel

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Part-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing dental team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year -general dentistry experience needed . we are willing to train
• Comfortable assisting with:
  • Braces (bonding/debonding)
  • Invisalign/SureSmile
  • Wire changes
  • Taking impressions or digital scans
  • Clinical photography
  • Sterilization and operatory setup
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and organized.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between our locations in Spring, Humble, Katy, and Richmond as needed.
• Current Texas RDA certification required (X-ray certification preferred).

Schedule

• Part-time (1–3 days per week)
• Flexible schedule based on clinic needs.
