Job summary

Martin Orthodontics is seeking a talented Orthodontic Assistant to join our passionate team and help provide quality dental care. • Assist chairside for traditional, lingual and clear aligner orthodontics.
• Assist with training new assistants and manage workflows (plus).

Qualifications:

• 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience required

As An Orthodontic Assistant, You Will

• Offer top-tier patient care, from reviewing medical histories to completing diagnostic tests and taking radiographs.
• Actively support the doctor during examinations, including instrument handling and material preparation.
• Ensure operational efficiency through treatment room preparation, instrument sterilization, and routine maintenance.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Work chairside both partnered with our orthodontist and independently in the orthodontic clinical space- offering traditional, lingual and clear aligner orthodontics to our valued patient base
• Previous experience with training new orthodontic assistants, workflow management, ordering/inventory and OSHA/HIPPA processes is a huge plus!
