Job summary

Foxconn WI seeks an ORT Manager to lead the Ongoing Reliability Testing department, directing testing operations in support of production, engineering validation, and NPI. The role involves strategic leadership, capability development, and driving continuous improvement in a smart manufacturing environment.

The ORT Manager will lead personnel, manage testing activities, and ensure adherence to customer requirements and industry standards while partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, reliability testing, or ORT environments.
• 3+ years of management experience leading technical or manufacturing teams.
• Experience with environmental chambers and automated test systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, Linux, and reliability testing methodologies.
• Experience supporting NPI/engineering validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ORT Department, including supervisors and technicians.
• Set departmental goals, KPIs, staffing plans, and priorities.
• Oversee ORT rack testing stations, environmental chambers, and equipment.
• Ensure testing aligns with engineering specs and customer requirements.
• Develop staffing, training, and career development programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product validation.
• Manage maintenance, calibration, and vendor support for ORT equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase testing efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, procedures, and testing documentation.
• Manage budgets, equipment purchases, and capital projects.
