Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and intermediate to advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset schedule, depreciation and reconciliation monthly.
• Perform month-end close activities and journal entries.
• Perform bank, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare journal entries for transactions including bank fees and accruals.
