Job summary

InnoVision Marketing Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a Field Content Creator to capture authentic UGC-style videos at restaurant locations. You will shoot on mobile, edit for Instagram Reels and TikTok, and craft captions and hashtags that drive engagement.

You’ll travel across the Orlando area, work in a hybrid model with in-office days, and contribute end-to-end content from field shooting to finished edits ready for publishing.

Qualifications

• Prior experience creating UGC-style or short-form social content.
• Comfortable filming yourself and appearing on camera as a regular part of the role.
• Working knowledge of iPhone/mobile videography and basic shooting technique.
• Hands-on video editing skills with CapCut or a comparable mobile tool.
• Experience editing content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed) and TikTok.
• Working knowledge of Canva for graphics and covers.
• Strong copywriting for captions, hooks, and CTAs.
• Experience with hashtag research and platform discoverability.

Responsibilities

• Travel to restaurant locations around the Orlando area to shoot UGC-style content on a regular basis.
• Capture food, atmosphere, staff and guest moments in an authentic social style.
• Shoot variations to support multiple content cuts for platforms.
• Edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok using CapCut or similar tools.
• Create captions, hooks, and calls-to-action for posts.
• Source and organize raw clips for editing and delivery.
