The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HVAC and refrigeration service, EPA certification, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and communicate repair options to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in outdoor conditions or confined spaces.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, and production-line refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Communicate repair recommendations and solutions clearly with customers.
• Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and accurately.
• Maintain proper documentation, invoices, and service records.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Support team productivity and overall branch success.
