Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred; alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, glasses, and cutlery.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare drinks according to standards and guest preferences.
• Present bills and accept payments.
• Engage and satisfy guests throughout service.
• Monitor for overconsumption and take appropriate action.
• Lock up and secure all beverage and equipment, deposit cash drops.
