The ideal candidate will verify requirements, develop tests in Python, and analyze results in a Linux/MATLAB environment, contributing to continuous improvement of verification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, aerospace, electrical or software engineering or a related field.
• Experience performing software verification, validation, integration or test.
• Advanced proficiency with Python for software test and verification.
• Working knowledge of Linux and MATLAB.
• Ability to interpret and verify technical software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify Orion GNCP flight software requirements and tests.
• Own verification planning, test development, execution, and run-for-record.
• Develop and execute verification activities using Python-based environments.
• Analyze results, investigate anomalies, and document verification results.
• Work in Linux-based development environments and use MATLAB for analysis.
• Collaborate with NASA, Lockheed Martin, and GNCP teams and improve processes.
• Maintain traceable verification documentation supporting mission requirements.
• Independently manage verification activities while contributing to a team.
