Qualifications

• Attorney admitted to The Florida Bar.
• 4–6 years of corporate/business law experience.
• Demonstrated drafting precision and deal management under tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business clients and counterparties.
• Strong ownership bias and accountability for outcomes.
• Professionalism and integrity in interactions with clients and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Clio.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Form, structure, and maintain Florida entities (LLCs and corporations) and related governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including leases and MSAs.
• Serve as outside general counsel to growth-stage clients with risk-weighted advice.
• Build a personal book of business and originate new clients; origination is compensated.
• Meet annual billable requirements and maintain Florida CLE.
